The Board of Ethics held a Special Meeting on Tuesday April 6, 2010 at 7:30 pm in Meeting Room #1 at the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut.
Members Present: Chairman Brian Ochs, Vice-Chair Stephen Sedensky, Suzanne Copp, Michele Germain, Ron Wilcox.
Public Present: Atty. Monte Frank from Cohen & Wolf (Town Attorney)
Chairman Brian Ochs called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Review of Complaint Procedures with Town Attorney
Mr. Ochs opened discussion on a review of the Town’s complaint procedures. Atty. Frank answered questions as the Board walked through the process of receiving a complaint.
Information was extracted and reviewed from the Town’s Charter and Code Book, as well as FOI and Connecticut State Statute Section 1-82.

Having no further business, Mr. Sedensky moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:17 pm. Ms. Germain seconded motion. Motion approved unanimously.
